All enrolled courses must be required for your course program of study/major (CPOS). If you are not registered upon submittal of this form, you will not be awarded. (*If you drop or add classes after submitting this form you must notify the CBU Financial Aid Office as your awards may be adjusted and/or cancelled.)

2. You MUST have completed the 2023-2024 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). (*No CBU scholarships/funds will be awarded during Summer terms.) Federal Pell grants, Hope Scholarship and/or Loans will be awarded if determined that you are eligible.
